The announcement shocked many who knew them and were close to the couple. On Duangporn the wife of Tum Wichaya Jarujinda also known as Tum Khunpasin Jarujinda the son-in-law of veteran actress Duangdao Jarujinda, came forward to reveal that she and her husband Tum Wichaya have been separated for quite some time.
"I would like to inform everyone that I have been separated from Tum (my former husband) for quite a while now. This decision was made together with mutual understanding, and we are each moving forward with our own lives. I thank my friends, those around me, and everyone who has stood by me and offered support throughout this time. I truly appreciate it."
Many followers have sent their support and encouragement to both of them in large numbers.
