“MGI has officially acquired the Miss Universe rights for Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Laos.”
At the same time, the Facebook page of Miss Universe Thailand also posted an announcement stating that
“Miss Grand International Public Company Limited has obtained the management rights for the Miss Universe pageants in five countries:
Miss Universe Vietnam, Miss Universe Indonesia, Miss Universe Malaysia, Miss Universe Singapore, and Miss Universe Laos.”
