Anime Festival Asia Thailand 2026 (#AFATH26) is set to return to Bangkok on 30 and 31 May 2026! This eagerly awaited event will be held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) to bring together fans and industry leaders in a full celebration of Japanese pop culture, including anime, cosplay, and gaming!
Recently, AFATH26 held its official press conference on 26 April 2026 at SCBX NEXT TECH, Siam Paragon. Special guests included famous cosplayer Thames Malerose and multi-talented actor Golf Pitchaya, who added excitement to the event by revealing exclusive highlights and important announcements ahead of the main event.
The artist lineup on Saturday, organized by Crunchyroll, is impressive, featuring well-known artists with popular hits, most of whom are performing in Thailand for the first time!
- HIMEHINA: The duo behind the viral hit “Heart Pie Dancehall”
- Shouta Aoi: Voice actor and singer of “Bad End” from the popular anime "My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!"
- SPYAIR: Legendary rock band known for “Orange” from the anime Haikyuu!!
- TeddyLoid: Renowned producer who created music for Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt
On Sunday, prepare for a dazzling lineup! The hall will open an hour earlier at 18:00, with performances starting at 19:00.
- HoneyWorks: Bringing their largest-ever lineup to Bangkok with 7 lead vocalists and a full 4-member band, including CHiCO (from CHiCO with HoneyWorks), HaKoniwalily, Momoko Hashimoto & Momona Matsumoto (from TAKANE NO NADESHIKO), Rio Nagao & Yura Nishihara (from Karen na Ivory), guitarist Oji, bassist kyo, keyboardist Keiki Uto, and drummer AtsuyuK!
