Sai Chia, Owner of the Catchphrase Poor, Stressed, Drinking, Files Assault Complaint at Land Office

It immediately became a hot topic when Sai Chia Wongwiroj the well-known male commercial actor famous for the catchphrase “Poor, Stressed, Drinking,” had a verbal dispute with Mr. Wuttichai or Boss, the opposing party who is one of the partners in the White Sand Beach project, after they happened to meet at the Nakhon Pathom Land Office, Nakhon Chai Si branch, on 5 May.

A clip surfaced online showing Mr. Boss confronting Sai Chia over 35,000 baht he claimed was owed, following him outside and leading to a physical altercation. Subsequently, Mr. Phattharaphong Supaksorn or Attorney Aun Buriram accompanied Sai Chia to report to the police at the Nakhon Chai Si Police Station to press charges against the opposing party for assault, and preparations are underway to file additional complaints for defamation and destruction of official documents.

Sai Chia explained that he had gone to verify whether he held rights in the White Sand Beach project, as he is currently listed as a debtor there. He intended to protect himself and manage his affairs, but Mr. Boss harshly confronted him, tore documents, and assaulted him as shown in the video. He was also falsely accused of fraud.

Meanwhile, Mr. Boss stated that he had gone to obtain land title deeds from the Land Department and coincidentally encountered Sai Chia doing the same. He confronted Sai Chia because he was upset that Sai Chia had publicly claimed the project defaulted on payments, causing damage. In fact, the project hired Sai Chia as a presenter, working eight days per month on Mondays and Wednesdays, with a fee of 35,000 baht plus 35,000 baht for guest receptions.

However, Sai Chia had not shown up to work at all since 21 April last year until now, so the project has not paid any fees. Sai Chia told others that the project failed to pay him, but before disappearing, he withdrew an additional 50,000 baht and never repaid the company. Sai Chia also used the project’s name as collateral to borrow money from several people, and when creditors demanded payment, it caused damage to the project.

Recently, the Nakhon Chai Si Police have been collecting evidence from the incident to proceed with legal action according to the law.
