Nikki Nachat Files Complaint Against Keyboard Trolls Insulting His Parents, Refuses to Settle

On the morning of 8 May 2026, young host and YouTuber Nikki Nachat Chanthaphan along with his lawyer Major Dr. Thanakrit Jitraareerath went to the Technology Crime Suppression Division headquarters (TCSD), Building SOT 2, Muang Thong Thani.

Before meeting with Pol. Maj. Gen. Wiwat Khamchamnarn Deputy Commander of TCSD to file a complaint against a man who posted severe insults about Nikki's parents after Nikki gave an interview about the 'Red Devils' football match where Manchester United beat Liverpool 3-2.

, Nikki Nachat revealed that before the incident, he had attended the football match at Old Trafford, England, and was invited to give an interview after the game. He joked with Liverpool fans in the usual sports banter, using terms like “crushing the duck” or “eating at home,” which he considered part of the fun in sports. He accepted that he might receive counter-remarks about football or personal matters.

However, the offender posted messages insulting his family with harsh words such as “Your mother looks like the sole of a shoe” and “Your father is trash, when will he get out of prison?” Nikki viewed these as beyond acceptable limits because he loves his family, especially his mother who recently had an expensive facelift costing hundreds of thousands of baht. Seeing such messages would upset her to the point of needing to redo the surgery, which could also affect him.

Nikki also speculated that the offender might have been emotionally charged from supporting football or possibly had bets on Liverpool, which led to angry overreactions in his posts.

Furthermore, Nikki Nachat affirmed that throughout his entertainment career, he has never filed a lawsuit against anyone despite criticism or insults. This case is the first because the other party insulted his parents. He clearly stated he will not settle and wants to confront the offender to ask, “How beautiful is your mother to insult someone else's mother?”

Meanwhile, Major Dr. Thanakrit said the behavior constitutes defamation by advertising and may also violate the Computer Crime Act. Although such cases can be settled, his client insists on pursuing the case fully. The poster has been identified as a man about 30 years old, after paying a tracking fee of 2,000 baht to confirm his identity initially.
