It became a shocking entertainment industry story when Sai Scott came forward in a tearful clip to reveal she was sexually abused multiple times by her older brother during her teenage years. Everyone in the family knew, but no adult offered any help. Recently, her mother has also sued her to claim property given by their grandfather.
On the Instagram account @psiscott, Sai Scott was sobbing heavily as she recounted, “I don’t want anyone to call me the heir of Singha, because up until now... people don’t know (crying). My brother sexually abused me. He didn’t do it just once; he did it many times when I was a teenager. Everyone in the family knew because they listened to the tape I recorded of my brother confessing. No adult in my life has ever helped me (crying). I’ve had to do everything on my own because I had no choice. I’m turning 30 this year and I have never received any justice in this matter, no matter which relative or family elder I asked for help.”
“This year, my mother sued me to take the property that my grandfather gave me. She accused me of being ungrateful. When I told everyone what my older brother did and asked family elders for help, they told me to apologize to my mother (crying heavily). I don’t know what to do. I know I can’t live like this. I cannot stay with family members who don’t value me as a human being or show me any sympathy. I apologize for causing stress to everyone, but I just can’t live with people like this or in a life like this.”
