Keng Tachaya opens up about a costly past lesson, revealing his firsthand experience of being ordered to strip for a ritual to inscribe sacred characters. He admits that at the time his faith caused him to lose self-control and offers this as a warning for older generations to believe within boundaries and with caution.
The young actor Keng shared a personal experience from about 10 years ago involving belief and occult rituals. He recounted that he once traveled to a famous monk to perform a ritual to enhance blessings of loving-kindness but encountered an unexpected incident.
Keng said that upon arrival, he was ordered into a private room and told to completely remove his clothes so the ritual to inscribe sacred characters on his body could be performed. Driven by strong faith and shock, he complied without hesitation. Only after the ritual ended did he begin to reflect and feel that what happened might not have been right.
"At that time, I truly believed with all my heart. When they told me to strip, I did because I was half in faith and half confused. But as time passed, it taught me a lesson: belief or faith must always be guided by mindfulness first."
