Ice Apitsada Shares Postpartum Struggles: Stress, Hair Loss, and 6 kg Weight Stuck (Video)

Many people became concerned about the feelings of the actress and TV host. Ice Apitsada Kreukongka. Recently, she posted a clip revealing her stress after giving birth to her son. Noah. He is now five months old, but her weight remains 6 kg above pre-pregnancy, with a belly and severe hair loss.

On TikTok @ice_apitsada, she posted a clip of herself in workout clothes with the caption: "I will get back to wearing latex outfits. Cheering for myself and for everyone who wants to fit into old clothes again. #IceApitsada #iceapitsada".

In the clip, Ice said, "As you all know, I have two kids. The youngest is five months old. I’m 41, entering my forties. Everything feels broken. I don’t know if it’s because I’m in my forties or because I just had a baby. Compared to when I had Lea, I was stuck at 2 kg after birth, but now with Noah at five months, I’m still 6 kg above. That’s a lot. And I feel discouraged." (Her voice cracked, almost crying).

"I feel tired. I’m wearing workout clothes to motivate myself to exercise, but the weight won’t go down. My hair is falling out; I’m almost bald."

Some may say I’m crazy because I look good and lose weight fast, but look at the truth." (She shows her belly clearly.) "This is my reality now. I can’t wear anything I want."

Ice explained that she didn’t want to show her imperfections, but she knows it’s necessary. "I’m exposing myself. Watch me—I won’t give up. I want to be a hot woman in my forties again. Not hot for others, but hot for myself. I want to be happy seeing my body."

"I’m giving time to my hair with all the good products I can find. For my skin, I need to visit clinics more often. For my body, I need to exercise more and eat mindfully. Everyone facing problems like mine, don’t give up. Whether you’re 40, 50, or 60, we can be hot again. We can learn to love ourselves anew. We don’t need others to like us; we must like ourselves, starting today. Let’s begin now."
