Pai Sunit Refutes Sai Scotts Sexual Abuse Allegations, Reveals Evidence of Beach House Ownership in Hua Hin (Video)

After Sai Scott the younger brother of Pai Sunit Scott posted a video discussing family issues, including accusations of sexual abuse by his older brother and their mother’s lawsuit over property given by their grandfather—a seaside house in Hua Hin district, Prachuap Khiri Khan province—sparking a drama that has recently become a hot topic. However, the backlash has unfairly targeted Mild Lapasalan Jiravechsuntornkul Pai’s wife, who is unrelated and currently pregnant with their first child.

Most recently, Pai Sunit posted a video rebutting Sai Scott about the incidents, sharing it on the Instagram account @wjmild of Mild Lapasalan, with the following content:

“Hello, my name is Pai. Today I want to use this space to clarify the facts about the various issues that have arisen. I’m speaking out this time because I want to protect my family. This situation has affected my wife and our unborn child, so I want to clear up misunderstandings with everyone. I might speak a bit hesitantly because my Thai isn’t very strong. I have notes to make sure I don’t miss any points.

First, regarding the serious accusation from my younger brother that I sexually abused him—I want to clarify immediately that this is not true and never happened. Everyone who knows me well, including family and friends, and myself, can confirm that I would never do such a disgusting and terrible thing. I never intended or thought about doing such a thing to anyone, especially not my own brother. I’m very saddened that he thinks I did that to him.

About the audio clip that has been talked about—I actually didn’t know I was being recorded. I suspect it was a conversation between me and my brother about our childhood. I admit that we fought and teased each other as siblings sometimes in a harsh way, but we were kids and I didn’t know what was right or wrong. I have apologized to him many times and we have cleared things up multiple times. I insist that I never had such thoughts about him.

When I was a teenager, my brother and I actually lived in different countries. I attended boarding school in England through university. Whenever I met him, it was usually during school holidays. During those breaks, I mostly spent time hanging out with friends or my girlfriend.

Second, about the family ignoring him—this is not true. Relatives, elders, and friends have reached out to help him many times, supporting him in all ways, including seeking medical care. However, he has blocked communication channels, making it very difficult for the family to contact him. But if this were true, the family would never ignore it. Everyone stands by and supports him.

Third, about the Hua Hin house lawsuit over property. I want to explain that the Hua Hin house originally belonged to our grandfather, who gave it to his children. Our mother then gave her portion to me and my brother. However, our mother had to file a lawsuit because there was damage to the property, unauthorized people trespassing, and removal of shared items. She wants to reclaim the property for the safety of the assets and people living in the house. I have clear evidence to pursue legal action.

Finally, I don’t want to hurt anyone by speaking out today. Everyone who knows me understands how difficult this is because it hurts me deeply. I never thought something like this would happen to me. I didn’t want family matters to become public because I believe no one wants such things to happen to their family.

Speaking about this benefits no one, including my brother. However, the family remains open to dialogue with him. From now on, I ask that everything proceed through the proper legal channels with all evidence. Thank you all for listening.”

He also wrote a caption: “In response to the serious accusations, I want to clarify here so everyone understands the truth. Everything I say is true, and I have evidence. The family is aware of everything. Going forward, I will use the law to handle this and will not discuss it further on social media. I don’t think this is the place for back-and-forth arguments. I kindly ask for understanding from everyone, from my perspective as well. Thank you.”

Subsequently, on the Instagram account @wjmild, Mild Lapasalan posted evidence of the Hua Hin house ownership, writing, “Allow me to clarify further regarding the evidence.” The post included a photo of the land title deed showing that Mrs. Jeeranuch Pirompakdee granted ownership to Pai Sunit and Sai Scott, along with a court summons. She added, “For those spreading false information causing distortion, and those posting rude, defamatory comments stirring hatred, be prepared to receive court summons.”
