After Pie Sunith Scott posted a video rebutting Sai Scott, his younger brother, who spoke about family issues and sexual abuse allegations, Pie firmly denied the sexual abuse claims against his brother as disgusting and untrue. He also explained the dispute over the Hua Hin land lawsuit, saying it involved property damage and misuse of shared assets, which they want to recover. He confirmed all statements have clear evidence for legal action.
Then, Mind Lapasalan, Pie’s wife, posted proof in the form of land title deeds showing inheritance transfers from her grandfather to her mother, and then from her mother to her two sons. She also displayed a lawyer appointment document as she prepares to sue those spreading false information and abusive comments, warning them to expect a court summons.
Mind wrote, “Allow me to further clarify regarding the evidence,” then addressed commenters saying she should not interfere, stating:
“To those saying this is a family matter and I shouldn’t get involved, I want to clarify that I have never intended to cross any family boundaries or interfere. My role is simply to support my husband, who has been accused and judged by society.
I am just a voice for my husband in revealing the truth. My husband has never publicly shared on Instagram and has no intention to do so, as he values his privacy. So I must use my space to clarify the facts and evidence. I hope everyone understands and respects this. Thank you.”
Afterwards, many friends in the entertainment industry showed support for Mind and Pie. Margie Rasri commented, “Grandfather gave to mother ➡️ mother gave to both sons, not directly to grandchildren.”
