Thai actress Sai Scot reveals origin of audio clip claiming Pai Suniths confession, explains reason for keeping evidence (clip)

It became a heated and escalating issue when Sai Sirinat Scot or Sai Scot the younger brother of Pai Sunith Scot or Pai Scot posted a clip discussing family problems, including a lawsuit filed by their mother over property given by their grandfather—a seaside house in Hua Hin district, Prachuap Khiri Khan province—sparking a drama.

Later, Pai Sunith posted a clip denying Sai Scot's claims but admitted that during childhood they sometimes played roughly as siblings, not knowing what was appropriate or not, and apologized several times. Regarding the lawsuit over the Hua Hin house, Pai explained that the grandfather originally gave the house to their mother, then it was passed to him and Sai. The mother sued because of property damage and outsiders invading, as well as mismanagement of common property.

Following this, Sai Scot posted an audio clip of a conversation between two men, which Sai had previously cited as evidence, causing another shockwave online.

Most recently, the TV program “Midday Current Affairs” on Channel 3 with hosts Moon Kanchai and Muay Arisara reported that their news team spoke with Sai this morning. Sai confirmed the controversial audio clip was recorded three years ago during a family meeting to discuss and seek help regarding the incidents. Sai said she decided to record the audio because she had never felt protected by her family and doubted whether the truth she spoke would be accepted, so she kept it as evidence to protect herself in the future.

Sai said family members have known about this for three years and were aware she had spoken out, but no one took action. She emphasized that childhood memories of those who harmed or cared for us are unforgettable. Regarding the timeline, Sai said the incidents involving the caregiver happened first when she was about 8-9 years old and confirmed it was abuse—not just general molestation but rape. She further revealed related incidents occurred between ages 9 and 13, repeatedly over several years.

In response to some online opinions suggesting it might have been sibling teasing, Sai stated what she endured was neither play nor a joke. She challenged listeners to consider how such things could be called teasing and urged anyone seeking answers to listen to the full audio clip, which clearly explains whether it was teasing because everything is in the recording.

Regarding Pai’s denial that the events ever occurred, Sai briefly said that denial does not change the truth, and she has no intention to argue with someone who harmed her. She then played part of her interview, including the following content.

“It happened three years ago. We gathered for a family meeting after I revealed the caregiver issue to ask for help. I felt uneasy about the situation, so I recorded my older brother to keep as evidence, because I’ve lived in a family that never gives me the truth. This is the truth. I know he will deny it as he has before. I cannot rely on him or his words anymore because if given the chance, he would definitely cover it up.”

“But what everyone in the family knows is that since three years ago, they knew because they knew I had the tape, they knew I spoke out, they knew what I said, but they did nothing. I realized that a child's instinct never forgets who was good or who hurt us. I have no opinion about the person who hurt me because it’s irrelevant to the truth.”

“Is this a joke or just play? If anyone wants answers, go listen to the clip. Everything is there.”
