Film Rattapoom has proven his innocence after the Thanyaburi Provincial Court ruled in a case accusing him of investment fraud, finding the allegations untrue. The opposing party confessed, apologized, and agreed to compensate damages.
This follows the release of a document detailing the judicial proceedings at the Thanyaburi Provincial Court. On 30 April 2026, during proceedings between Mr. Rattapoom Tokongsap (plaintiff) and the opposing party (defendant). The court noted that the defendant withdrew their previous testimony and confessed as charged.
The defendant apologized to Film Rattapoom in court, admitted to defamation, and acknowledged that Film never engaged in the alleged fraudulent behavior. Film showed goodwill by forgiving the defendant and agreed on compensation of 150,000 baht, to be paid in monthly installments until fulfilled.
Film Rattapoom shared that throughout this time, he chose to rely on the judicial process to reveal the truth. Now that the truth is clear and he has been exonerated, he added that the opposing party often claimed they were acting under orders from a mastermind behind the scenes. He plans to pursue legal action against this main culprit to set an example. He also thanked his fans and supporters for their continued trust and encouragement.
