Thai Actress Sai Scott Shares Feelings on Audio Clip Release and Responds to Celebrities Linking Case to Property

The issue continues to attract ongoing attention regarding Sai Scott who recently appeared to share her thoughts on the program "Hone Krasae" on Channel 3. When asked about celebrities who liked posts supporting the other party before later apologizing to Sai Scott, she responded,

" "On the day my brother released the clip through his wife's account, I didn't see it at night but saw it in the morning. It was the most stressful day of my life because people might not realize that I have been hurt by him my whole life. I never thought he would lie and say the opposite of what he did. He claimed he sent money for my therapy, which is not true at all.

He said it was just sibling teasing. Committing sexual assault is no game. That morning I could barely get out of bed because I felt I was being hurt by him again. Just thinking about clipping the audio and adding captions so people understand what I went through— I had just enough strength and focus to press release. That day was the most stressful of my life. It felt like my body remembered the abuse I had suffered. I was very fortunate to keep my composure. Okay, just releasing the clip was all I could do.

At that time, I hadn't seen the celebrities' comments yet, but I was shocked when they linked child abuse and sexual assault within the family to property disputes. That is just someone's greed. This concerns justice for me, not property, and mixing it with property matters is disgusting.

Why don't you address the bigger issue that the man raped me? This is the biggest problem that has haunted me my whole life. I believe the reason he sued me was to silence me. When I was a child, he threatened to tell my grandfather if I did wrong. But now my grandfather is gone; he uses the law to intimidate me.

But I was raised in that kind of home. I will no longer be a victim of anyone's power. When I saw him release a clip apologizing, I thought maybe he believed he could hurt me again, but he is no longer the man who can hurt me. So I just released the clip."

Were you worried about legal consequences when you released the clip?

"I am not afraid of death. What he did to me has killed my spirit many times. When I was kicked out of my home, I felt dead. When my brother raped me, I felt dead. When he hired a nanny back, I felt dead again. Death and legal issues—I don't think about those anymore. I only have one life, and I won't let anyone, no matter how rich or powerful, block me from doing what I must do.

I know someday this will end, and it must end now. I don't want to waste time on people or matters that don't come from love anymore."

What do you think about the other celebrities who gave support and later apologized to you?

"(Sighs) Some have asked if I will sue those who spread rumors about this. No, because our country has issues with gag lawsuits. I've been threatened like that before. I will never be the kind of person to use legal power to intimidate others. Everyone has the right to speak. What you say depends on your judgment and ethics.

Regarding celebrities who liked posts, I didn't focus on that. I focused on friends and supporters. But I think it's a good lesson about the power many celebrities have. They should consider carefully. Maybe they don't realize the weight of their voice. This is a serious matter, and liking a post about property instead of the sexual assault issue shows what they prioritized—the property over feelings and justice. They need to reflect on that themselves."
