participated as hosts of the Buddhist funeral chanting ceremony for Ajarn Nop Phothirak, the famous fortune teller and astrologer of Thairath Newspaper, held at Sala 12, Wat Phra Sri Mahathat, Bang Khen.
Ajarn Nop passed away peacefully from old age at Rajavithi Hospital on 17 May 2026, at the age of 99. The family arranged religious rites at Wat Phra Sri Mahathat Bang Khen in Bangkok.
The Buddhist chanting ceremony was held from 18 to 20 May 2026 at 6:00 p.m., followed by the cremation ceremony on 21 May 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Crematorium 1, Wat Phra Sri Mahathat Bang Khen, Bangkok.
