The Korea Foundation for International Cultural Exchange (KOFICE), under South Korea’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST), is launching a major expo right in the heart of Bangkok: the “2026 K-Brand Convergence Event–KDAY Bangkok.” This premier event of the year brings together all aspects of Korean lifestyle, known as the "lens of the Korean Wave (Hallyu)," the global Korean culture phenomenon.
At this event, Thai visitors will experience Korean culture more deeply, from K-Fashion featuring Design Hanbok, to authentic Korean cuisine (K-Food), and essential K-Beauty products from top Korean cosmetic brands. Fans can also meet beloved Thai favorite artist Nichkhun Horvejkul (of the band 2PM), who will participate and enliven the event. The event will be held on 23-24 May 2026 at NEX HALL, 5th floor, Siam Paragon shopping center, with free admission throughout.

This year's main theme is "K-Fashion: Design Hanbok" (co-organized by KCDF), showcasing a seamless blend of traditional Hanbok charm with contemporary street and modern styles.
Visitors can enjoy eight exclusive zones, from the "Smartphone Unlock" point to discovering their personal style in the "My K-Mood" zone. Leading Korean brands have flown in to create diverse experiences: in K-Fashion, update your trends with A-LAND and Lifework; in K-Beauty, try top products from JMsolution, Medipeel, and ADDICT; in K-Food, savor authentic flavors from CJ Bibigo and Nongshim; and in K-Lifestyle, explore stylish home decor and designer items from Geochang Yugi and SEOLLAB.
Don’t miss the standout workshops and the chance to meet Nichkhun. The event offers hands-on activities such as AI Virtual Fitting rooms, AR beauty sticker selfie points, and premium workshops: Style Build Up with Hanbok stylist Hyemi Lee, K-Beauty makeup tutorials by creator Queen Solmi, and traditional Korean floral tea blending led by master Shinyoung Park.
A key highlight on Sunday, 24 May from 16:00 to 17:30 is the exclusive Meet & Greet with Nichkhun, who will share insights on "K-Lifestyle and Modern Hanbok Design." Fans can also enjoy Hi-Bye moments and close-up photo sessions on the K-Mood Switch Stage.
