Most recently, today (19 May 2026) Purit Piromya, Chief Executive Officer of Boonrawd Brewery Company Limited, issued an official statement expressing regret over the incident.
He also clearly declared the organization’s position opposing and not supporting any form of domestic violence. He stated that Pai Sunit Scott has been removed from all company positions.

The group firmly states its position against and non-support of any form of domestic violence—whether physical, verbal, intimidation, or any behavior infringing on others’ rights and dignity. This principle has been a longstanding commitment of the organization.
The group confirms that Mr. Sunit Scott, as the accused, has been removed from all company roles. Boonrawd Brewery Group pledges full cooperation with relevant authorities in fact-finding to ensure fairness for all parties without exception or discrimination.

Additionally, Purit Piromya shared a resignation letter from Pai Sunit, which stated:

To Mr. Purit Piromya, Chief Executive Officer, Boonrawd Brewery Company Limited,
Regarding the public news about me, I feel uneasy about the situation and apologize to Boonrawd members and my family for the incident and its consequences.
To ensure fairness for all parties, I hereby request to cease my duties as employee and executive of Boonrawd Brewery and all affiliated companies until the matter is resolved and clarified.
