“It is proceeding according to court procedures. We are continuing to fight the case. At this point, no additional preparations are needed; we attend all scheduled hearings. We understand everything takes time because of the legal steps involved. We have spoken with the opposing party, but it did not lead to a resolution. However, we remain open to discussions at any time. No one wants to be involved in a legal dispute because it disturbs one's peace of mind. We want it to end soon. The court has found the case to have merit, and the next step is to hear additional witness testimonies. It is stressful because it consumes a lot of life energy. We want it to conclude quickly. We trust the justice system, and the sooner it ends, the better.”
