After the famous comedian Sang Dok Sadao, also known as Mr. Mee Sakol, aged 63, peacefully passed away from cancer at Chao Phraya Yommarat Hospital in Suphan Buri Province on 18 May 2026, his family held the funeral rites at U Thong Temple, Khok Kram Subdistrict, Bang Pla Ma District, Suphan Buri Province starting on 19 May 2026.
On 24 May 2026, the family arranged the cremation ceremony at the crematorium of U Thong Temple. Many friends and colleagues from the comedy industry came to bid farewell to Sang Dok Sadao, including Tua Rae Chuen Yim, Note Chuen Yim, Chare Chuen Yim, Kluay Chuen Yim, Chet Chuen Yim, Chusi Chuen Yim, Yong Luk Yee, Louis Chuan Chuen, Tide Ekapan Banluerit, Gift Khok Khun, Yong Chuen Yim, Thep Pho Ngam, Tee Dok Sadao, among others. Additionally, Luang Ta Mom Yern delivered a Buddhist sermon before the cremation ceremony for Sang Dok Sadao.
