Recently PK Piyawat Khemphat The famous host opened up to Thairath Entertainment, updating about his current life and appearance after quietly taking care of himself and undergoing plastic surgery. Now his confidence is fully restored, and he has announced a 100% return to hosting work, also revealing he has resolved issues with his ex-wife. Yogurt Natthachach Everything ended well, and they have parted ways to grow on their own paths.
Is your face settled now?
"Thank you. But it will be more settled. It's only been two and a half to three months. The doctor said it will be more perfect in about six months. Comparing to the YouTube show we filmed three to four months ago, you can clearly see the change in my face. Now my facial structure is clearer, my cheeks are smaller, and my neck is longer. The doctor is very skilled, and I just learned his schedule is booked until December."
Is your face more perfect now?
"I would say just this much is already very satisfying. Whether it’s exercise, plastic surgery, or various events, invitations have started coming back as before. I’m trying to prepare myself like in the old days. I feel good. I had stopped taking jobs for a while because I was starting to lose confidence in myself. Now I’m back taking jobs. I have to thank the big companies, event organizers—both old and new—who have contacted me. I’ve accepted several jobs already. So I can say now I’m 100% ready to work as a host."
Should we expect PK’s return?
"No need to wait for a comeback. It’s gradually happening already, and the stages should get bigger. Now I have a YouTube channel, events are coming, and I’m still on the radio at The Chaek as before. Just waiting to close a TV show deal early next month. Let’s see if it happens."
Are you keeping fit?
"I work out every day. Nowadays after running, I do weight training, sauna, and then jump into the pool. (The pictures you saw were from before everything settled, so there were many images?) I’m not bothered at all. When I wake up, I look like a normal person. But at this level, when I have to go to events, I do some hair and makeup. To look this good at over 50 years old like me, I think if you want to take care of yourself, besides your body, you can consult a plastic surgeon or ask me since I’ve done a lot of homework. This is something that will stay with us for life."

"Everything is fine, just as she posted. We parted on good terms. We have good feelings for each other and are walking our own paths."
Is PK back now?
"I’m ready. It feels good to have my life back. I am ready—face, mind, and body—to take on work. Everything is clear now, and I’m very happy. I want to thank everyone for all the support sent my way. When I do live streams or lessons, people say they like this version of PK. This is something I’ve never done before, and when they pulled me into the world of live streaming, which I had never done, I felt there’s a group of people following me."
