Regarding the case that Nana Rybena made headlines last year over debts amounting to hundreds of millions of baht, with several of her friends filing complaints and lawsuits. A court hearing took place on 25 May 2026 GMT+7 amid ongoing public scrutiny questioning why she has yet to repay the creditors who sued her, even though she livestreams daily to sell goods and earn money to pay off debts.
Recently, Nana Rybena posted a statement addressing this issue on her Facebook page, Rybena Intachai, with the following content:
“I would like to clarify to my followers and everyone who has supported me,
regarding the recent media reports. I have been aware of all opinions and have chosen not to speak or respond, believing the best approach is to take time to manage and resolve the problems appropriately to the best of my ability at this time.
Today, I want to explain to my followers and everyone who has supported my live sales that from day one until now, there has not been a single day when I have not used income from work to pay my debts and have continuously worked to resolve these issues.
For creditors with whom I have communicated and negotiated, we have tried to reach agreements on the amounts and payment periods, making arrangements and gradually repaying according to what I can manage.
Regarding creditors who have taken legal action, everything is currently in the legal process, including mediation, negotiation, and court consideration. I ask that all proceed according to the justice system, as each case has different details and agreements.
I respect the judicial process and am prepared to accept the court's decisions in any form, with respect for all parties involved.
However, for those creditors I can assist before others, I have been doing my best within my capacity. Although I may not be able to do everything quickly or immediately, I will continue to try.
Finally, I thank everyone who continues to send their support and encouragement. I truly appreciate it from the heart. I believe that today, regardless of which side people are on, everyone needs encouragement.
From now on, I promise to work diligently and gradually resolve all issues to the best of my ability. While I may not fix everything at once, I will strive to proceed properly according to my capacity and the correct steps.
