On 5 June 2026 at the Attorney Keng factory in Ban Pet Subdistrict, Mueang Khon Kaen District, Prajakchai Hai Thongkham owner of the Hai Thongkham music label, came to sign a contract with "Kratay Pannipa" to join as a new artist under the Hai Thongkham label, with Attorney Keng Wisarut Maneerat serving as a witness during the signing. Amid the event, lightning struck beside the factory during their discussion, startling Prajakchai and Kratay Pannipa. This was seen as a sign that she may return to fame with a powerful impact like the thunderclap on the contract signing day.
Prajakchai revealed that Kratay Pannipa was originally a well-known indie artist in Thailand, having produced songs that reached 100-200 million views. Her joining Hai Thongkham as a new artist is positive news, as he has known her for over seven years and recognizes her good voice and ability to entertain fans well.
Prajakchai added that this contract signing was unexpected, almost like destiny. After discussions and mutual understanding, with Attorney Keng as mediator, there had been no prior conflicts. Kratay's agreement to join Hai Thongkham is considered a good development. He asked Kratay’s fans to follow her music and product releases.

Meanwhile, Kratay Pannipa opened up about being accused of fraud amounting to 40 million baht. She expressed uncertainty whether the claimed damage value is accurate and invited the opposing party and media to jointly count the stock to verify if the stock value truly amounts to 40 million baht.
Kratay stated that after signing the second contract, the stock consisted of about 600,000 pieces of blue and red collagen products. Later, checking the stock revealed that over half had already been sold. She wants a joint stock count to clarify matters, hoping to resolve the issue amicably without drama or further problems.
Regarding threats posted online, Kratay said she had privately negotiated with the other party about work. The original contract was to end on 15 August 2026, but negotiations failed because the other side wanted her to extend the contract until 2029, plus an additional two years after that, totaling five years—a period she considered too long, so she did not renew.
Kratay added that following this, private chat negotiations leaked, and her billing information was publicized on a page. Since then, there has been no further contact between the parties.
On the billing issue, Kratay admitted it was true and posted clarifications on her Facebook. She insisted that the money was withdrawn from her own company, not the other party’s. She usually advances expenses for her company because when working off-site, employees travel with her, so she must cover food and living costs.
Kratay further said that when the other party messaged her to return money, she admitted her mistake and refunded the money to avoid legal issues, planning to repay her own company accordingly.
Regarding the sales channel closure, Kratay revealed that she has now closed it because the tax invoices submitted to the Revenue Department were not under her company's name, raising concerns that someone might have altered the information. She requested that documents be sent back to her company.
Kratay Pannipa’s signing with Hai Thongkham marks a significant turning point in her career amid public attention on her future music projects and her clarifications on business allegations, which she hopes will be resolved amicably based on facts.
