After Grammy Gold issued an urgent statement addressing rumors and allegations circulating online concerning the personal behavior of "Tintin Jaratsawi Tiamklang" a member of the popular luk thung boy band New Country, which sparked widespread public criticism,
the company stated that it had acknowledged the matter and is carefully investigating the facts together with relevant parties to ensure clarity and fairness for all involved. Meanwhile, Tintin has been temporarily suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.
Recently, Tintin took to his personal social media to respond, stating:
"Regarding the information about me that has been shared on social media recently, I would like to clarify the facts related to myself.
1. Regarding the drug allegation, I firmly deny ever using drugs as accused. I have undergone testing at a medical facility to confirm my innocence, and the results showed no presence of any substances. The test results are attached to this post.
2. On the issue of a minor, I confirm that I have never had any relationship with a minor nor engaged in any illegal acts as alleged.
3. Concerning the personal relationship, since some information is inaccurate, I would like to clarify the sequence of events as follows:
- On 3 Nov 2025 GMT+7, the woman contacted me first through Instagram direct message.
- On 5 Feb 2026 GMT+7, we met for the first time and became involved.
- On 12 Feb 2026 GMT+7, we met a second time at a café. The woman informed me she was going abroad for work, and after that, we had no further contact or meetings.
- On 3 May 2026 GMT+7, the woman informed me that she was pregnant. Upon learning this, I did not avoid responsibility and discussed how to provide support.
I want to emphasize that this relationship was between two consenting adults and does not involve any minor-related issues as has been claimed.
Regarding the current public controversy, I am willing to undergo proper fact-finding procedures. Should the investigation confirm my responsibility as the father, I am prepared to fully fulfill my duties. I apologize to my fans, supporters, and all affected by this news and appreciate all the support I have received during this time."
