Ud Bentor Reaches Limit: Laments Close Business Partners Default on Restaurant Debt

Ud Bentor He was betrayed by a close friend in the industry who partnered with him in business, defaulting on debts and leaving the tax burden to him alone. He has decided to sever a 30-year friendship and is preparing to pursue legal action to the fullest.

Ud Bentor He admitted to having problems with a former close friend in the industry for over 30 years due to running a restaurant business together. However, the partner failed to honor their agreement and, worse, after the restaurant closed, left debts and tax issues solely on his shoulders. He had to use personal funds to resolve these problems and confessed to being so stressed he nearly had to borrow daily loans to manage cash flow.

In the past, he and his wife helped this partner continuously during difficult times, allowing the use of their name for the business without charging any fees. But in the end, they were ignored. Debts amounting to over seven figures remain unpaid properly, with only delays and silence from the partner.

What hurt him the most was seeing that this debtor still lives a lavish lifestyle—playing golf, buying a new house, and spending millions on household items—contradicting claims of having no money.

"I regret the money and feel saddened more by the loss of the relationship we once had. I accept that the 30-year friendship is now over. Ending it means ending it, but the debt matter will be handled according to the law. I have been patient and tolerant for years, especially since after COVID, but this time it really is the end," he said.

Currently, he is working with a lawyer to gather evidence and draft documents to proceed with legal action. However, he still leaves the door open for the other party to contact him for negotiation and debt repayment. If they remain silent or choose to fight in court, he is ready to disclose the debtor's name and information to the public.
