Kan Napaths Contract with One31 Ends, Reveals Surprising Reason Why He Thinks Bie Sukrit Wont Return to the Industry

Another artist has gained freedom—the soft-voiced young singer. Kan Napath Injaieua. He recently spoke openly to clarify after fans closely watched his contract status with his first agency. He admitted his contract with One31 ended quite a while ago after sharing ups and downs together for 16 years.

He is now focusing on music projects with the LOVEiS label but emphasized there are no issues, maintaining a heartfelt loyalty and considering Exact-One31 as his top benefactor. He also humorously responded after fans called for a The Star concert and revealed why he hesitates to reach out to the senior member. Bie Sukrit. He fears going to the temple would bring more sin than merit.

About the contract with One31?

"It ended quite a while ago. We've always worked with a mutual understanding for 16 years. I might do music elsewhere sometimes, but my main contract with One31 still covers acting and TV programs, so I'm always connected with them. But now that the contract has ended for some time,

I want to focus on making music. LOVEiS has always been kind to me, so I'm happy to work with them. Recently, I proposed a good project—covering old songs I’m skilled at, like traditional Thai songs, which we released the first one yesterday. LOVEiS bought into this project, so I got the chance to work with them again."

Is there a difference between having a contract and not?

"Today, not having a contract feels the same—I don’t feel separated from One31 since I grew up there from day one. I feel very grateful to them. Wherever I work, I always think of them, and if they need help, they can always call me."

Do you also think about Kan regarding singing?

"It's not surprising. I’ve been in the industry a long time as one of The Star alumni. P'Gum, me, and P'Bie were part of The Star’s prime era. Many fans want to see us together. Recently, the 'Four Spades' sang for P'Bie, and fans want a The Star concert. I appreciate everyone who still follows us and considers us icons of One31. I’m grateful and happy to keep collaborating with One31."

Will you lead in gathering The Star alumni?

"I won’t lead; the leader is at the temple. He is the real leader. (Who in The Star do you think can invite him?) The closest is P'Ar, but even he gave up because he fears sin."

But he does product reviews?

"Product reviews are a way for him to use his money to support Buddhism or encourage fans to do more merit."

Do you think if the Four Spades went to the temple, it would bring more sin?

"Probably more sin. If he saw us, he wouldn’t think otherwise—he’d definitely invite us. (Have you thought about surprising him at the temple?) I have. I thought about going to interview him at the temple. But if he had to come out, he wouldn’t. I’ve thought about it."

But fans have gone to see him at the temple. I saw his interviews saying that if his money runs out, he won’t do concerts. I think it’s better not to go because he’ll never run out—besides owning shares, he has many products, more than many still in the industry. ."
