The major concert of 4EVE, titled “4EVE UNCHAINED CONCERT,” was held on 6-7 June 2026. However, the event sparked drama as fans attending the first day (6 June) questioned what happened to A'Yai Kranis LaosubinpraSerth, known as A'Yai 4EVE, when she sang “PRIORITY” by DREAMGALS. During the high note, her voice did not meet fans' expectations, even though her position in the group is Main Vocal.
Many felt that instead of hitting the high note, her voice sounded off-key and more like a scream. Yet on the second day (7 June), her voice returned to normal, prompting speculation about what had happened to her voice.
Recently, A'Yai posted a clip of herself singing a high note in front of a mirror, recorded earlier, along with a caption explaining the situation. She admitted she had been sick a week before the concert, causing a nasal tone and sudden loss of voice.
“Couldn’t leave Impact: This is a bit long but I want you to read it.
This song is very difficult. When I chose to sing it at the concert, I couldn’t even sing this part yet! But I kept practicing until I could. Then I suddenly got sick a week before the concert — my voice got nasal and eventually disappeared completely; it was so discouraging. I couldn’t rehearse or use my voice at all during that time.
But in the end, my voice came back just one day before the concert >_< (sigh). I knew my voice wasn’t strong, and I feel like I gave it my all. Any problems from day one were quickly fixed.
Thanks to the team for their encouragement and support within such a short time. Thanks also for all the feedback and support from everyone. I never said I was talented, nor do I think talented means perfect, because for me, talent means effort no matter how hard it is.”
