After Lookmee Rasmee Thongsiripraisri a famous model, filed a lawsuit against the actress and beauty queen Poo Mantana Himathongkham in a case involving false complaint to harass others and defamation,
the South Bangkok Criminal Court sentenced Poo Mantana to 2 years in prison without suspension, but the court allowed bail set at 45,000 baht and informed the media that she was not available for interviews.
Most recently, Poo Mantana posted on Facebook after the court verdict, stating, “I respect the lower court's judgment and will exercise my legal right to file an appeal.”
She also wrote, “I apologize to all the media. Today, I am not available for interviews and ask to withhold further details at this time.”
She shared a Facebook post from Madam Sampee, which said, “Today, Khun Poo has decided to remain silent and not give any interviews regarding case details. This is to inform the media and those interested in the case.” Poo Mantana added, “Thank you very much to Grandmother, Madam, Nong Nong, and the legal team for supporting me ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.”
