After the South Bangkok Criminal Court handed down its verdict, "Poo Mantana Himathongkham" was sentenced to 2 years in prison without suspension in a case where "Lukmee Rasamee Thongsiripraisri" was the plaintiff accusing her of filing false complaints to harass others and defamation. Later, the court allowed bail for "Poo Mantana" with a bond of 45,000 baht.
Recently, Poo Mantana posted again on social media, opening up about everything that happened. She said she has reflected on the past with composure. Throughout the time filled with criticism, news, and lawsuits, some things made her angry and sad, but over time she learned that responding emotionally may only relieve feelings briefly, while facing things calmly allows progress.
“Reflecting on the past… with composure. Over this period, there have been criticisms, news, accusations, lawsuits, and many conflicts. Some made me sad, some made me angry, some made me feel treated unfairly.
But as time passed, one thing I learned is that reacting emotionally might help vent feelings, but facing things with composure lets us move forward. Today, I choose to respect the justice process, respect the court’s verdict, and exercise my legal rights in the available steps.
To those who have supported me, thank you sincerely. To those who have criticized, I accept the constructive parts. And to those who still disagree, I hope everything proceeds according to facts and the law.
Because ultimately, drama may not last long, but truth lasts longer. Whatever the outcome, we still have to live, work, care for family, and move forward.
