It was a surprise for both the person and the animal when the famous host Nha Neck Katesep Sawat Palakwong Na Ayutthaya posted a clip showing a monitor lizard walking into his house, along with the caption, “So this is what they call ‘a monitor lizard entering the house.’ #nanake555 #NhaNeck”.
In the clip, Nha Neck narrates with excitement, “Oh! There’s a monitor lizard trying to get into our house. Here it is—monitor lizard entering the house. Look at that! Wow... such a huge one!! It ran away now.” The monitor lizard climbing near the door got startled when it saw someone approach and quickly fled the house.
Nha Neck laughed and said, “Monitor lizard entering the house, where did you go?” When the camera panned to another house, the monitor lizard was seen at the door but, upon noticing a person approaching, it hurried through the gate and escaped onto the main road, disappearing without a trace.
This sparked a flood of comments from fans asking rapidly for his house number and car license plates, believing luck was coming. Comments included: “If the monitor lizard comes through the door, your office must be lively,” “What's the house number, Nha Neck?” “The house number must be revealed now, Nha Neck,” “Is it 555?” “Is it on the tree?” “Go for number 410, trust me,” “Please share all five car license plates, Nha Neck,” “They say the monitor lizard brings fortune,” and so on.
