Jenny Responds to Mae Kets Creditor Explaining Why She Wont Repurchase the House Threatens Legal Action Against Defamation

Regarding the issue where a creditor of Mae Ket has livestreamed urging Jenny Ratchanok or Jenny Daimodtasodchuen to redeem the house after Mae Ket had mortgaged it, agreeing to lower the price from 5.5 million to 4.5 million baht as Jenny requested. The creditor claims that after the price reduction, Jenny has not been in contact for nearly six months, and asserts there is no problem with Mae Ket or Jenny but wants to buy back the house because the four houses are adjacent without fences and hopes the family can reclaim them as before.

Jenny herself posted a message saying, "I have nothing to clarify. This does not directly involve me. For my part, it ended last year. Thank you all for your concern."

She added, "There is no festival or anything. Last year this news was all year long. Is it still happening this year?" Many people responded with encouragement for Jenny following this.

Recently, Jenny gave a clear explanation that the news has greatly affected her. She stated that if anyone continues to defame her, she will protect her rights legally. Regarding the house, negotiations occurred, but due to the high price she never confirmed a purchase nor paid a deposit, so it is not her fault if she does not buy it.

"I woke up to news about Jenny flooding my feed. The impact on Jenny is that besides people getting bored and annoyed by the news, there are comments attacking her, accusing her of creating hype to sell products, lying, being dishonest, fabricating content, and other things.

Currently, Jenny is back home, taking her child on a vacation during school break and preparing to hold a Teacher's Day ceremony for Mor Nora as she is ill. She has not thought about anything else. Importantly, the root cause did not originate from Jenny at all, yet she was pulled into this without consideration for the harm and damage she would suffer.

If anyone continues to mention or act against Jenny causing her damage, Jenny requests to protect her rights legally in all cases. #PleaseLetMeLiveMyLife"

Jenny also added in a comment, "Regarding the house, I did contact to ask about buying it back and tried to negotiate the price because I just learned the price was high. At that time, the owner said they could not reduce it further because others were continuously interested in buying. I told them to sell to others if so, as getting a better price would be good.

After a long time passed, they informed through Mae Ket that the price could be lowered as I had previously requested, but by that day I no longer wanted to buy it back due to personal reasons no one understands as well as I do. I want to confirm here that I never told them to wait for me to buy back, never confirmed I would buy, and never transferred any deposit. We only talked once and couldn't agree on the price. After that, I never discussed it again. Not buying back is not my fault." She concluded, "If anyone continues to mention my name or defame me in the media, I will file legal action."
