An update on the adorable charm of a little superstar, Abigail, daughter of Thailand's fashion icon, Chompoo Araya, recently warmed fans' hearts as Abigail joined a band with her brothers, Saifa and Payu, taking on the role of drummer herself. Honestly, everyone who saw the clip praised and joked in unison that she is "young with a hundred professions."
"It started at home. The older kids have a band—meaning at school. When the kids began playing instruments, they formed a band. When they went to watch performances or when the older siblings performed, we took her along. She must have absorbed it all. She wanted a drum set for a long time. Our partner, Aree, gave her the first drum set, which she played until it broke. Then the second set was bought, and she played until the drum skin tore again. She's really into it. I give her full marks for confidence—she believes she can do it. She likes songs that the brothers' band plays. The teacher assigns her rock or pop songs from the 90s and 2000s with simple rhythms. She can play songs like Zombie, Maroon 5, Silly Fools, Jija, or Modern Dog. She's listened to those too. Actually, I saw her potential when we went to watch her brothers. When she watches them, she pretends to drum along. It looks random but fits the beat perfectly. She truly believes she can do it. We'll see how she progresses. At her age, she wants to try everything she sees. Around 7 or 8 years old, it will become clearer which path she will take."
