Regarding the controversy surrounding "Kris Sripoomset" recently new information was revealed showing that Kris is not a shareholder of PARAMETER.
He stated that PARAMETER has many shareholders and multiple partners. Honestly, I am the chef, which is my main role. Marketing and other tasks are handled by others. My job is only as the chef, focusing solely on gelato production. There are many partners involved, but I am not the owner.
It’s like I am responsible for making desserts, while others handle different duties. I wake up at 6 a.m. to make desserts and go to bed around 10 or 11 p.m., and this routine has been ongoing since the launch in March.
Regarding claims that I studied in Italy for five years, Kris clarified he traveled back and forth, spending about 5 to 7 months a year in Italy and the rest of the time in Thailand. He said the gelato course itself was brief, but developing the recipe took a long time.
Meanwhile, reporters checked data from the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, finding that PARAMETER Co., Ltd. was registered on 3 March 2025. As of 19 July 2026, the sole company director listed is "Ms. Pornpipat Wehappla," and Kris Sripoomset is not listed among the shareholders.
The company's profit and loss statement for 2025, its first fiscal year after registration, showed total revenue of 960.63 baht, total expenses of 1.87 million baht, and interest payments of 100,000 baht, resulting in a net loss of 1.97 million baht. However, when asked about revenue targets, Kris declined to comment.
