The young leading man is back looking handsome and fit once again. Khem Hasavee. He recently admitted that his weight loss is mainly due to exercising. He acknowledged being tempted to take a shortcut via weight-loss injections but said part of his progress comes from drinking less alcohol. He explained,
"I've been taking on more work again. After finishing filming another drama, I took some time for myself. But when I returned from trips, I felt bloated and unprepared for work. Since media exposure lasts a long time, I decided to get in shape. If Hyrox happens, I’ll use that as motivation for my training. Now that I’m back, it feels different—more fulfilling and content in my life. But when it comes to losing weight, I don’t want to rush and stress over it. Many have suggested injections, but I feel Hyrox requires strength and stamina, so I want to try it naturally first. After the competition, I’ll reassess how my body changes."
He confirmed he hasn’t started injections yet, expressing some nervousness because he has high hopes for Hyrox. He plans to finish the event in about 50 minutes to under an hour, so he needs to eat well, train hard, and exercise intensely. He’s reduced alcohol and stopped eating sweets, but he still enjoys social drinking occasionally and won’t give up his social life.
He also updated on the film 'Kru Ta Nakee,' which is about to premiere for fans. "I’m eagerly awaiting this project too," said Khem. "I want fans to look forward to it. The film is quite fulfilling with strong CGI effects. It includes themes of love and a love curse. Please support it."
