The gelato shop has become a widely discussed topic. "PARAMETER" owned by "Krit Sripoomseth" Recently, new information revealed that Krit is not a shareholder of PARAMETER at all. He stated that
"PARAMETER has multiple shareholders and several partners. Honestly, I am a chef, which is my main role. Marketing and other aspects are handled by others. My role is only as the chef; I focus solely on gelato production. There are many partners; I am not the owner. It's like I am responsible for making desserts, and others handle the rest. I wake up at 6 a.m. to make desserts and sleep at 10 or 11 p.m."
Investigation found that Parameter Co., Ltd. was registered on 3 Mar 2025. Ms. Pornpipat Wehapala is listed as the company director and holds 49,999 shares (100.00%) valued at 3,025,423 baht. The company operates restaurants, beverage outlets, cafes, pubs, bars, and all kinds of drinks. The registered capital is currently 5,000,000 baht. Krit Sripoomseth's name does not appear as a shareholder.
