Flew overseas to take a close woman "Lek Wasu" to travel and watch the World Cup in the United States for "Nikki Nachat" revealed he spent millions on this trip for himself and the woman, sharing her charming side he'd never seen before.
Went to watch the World Cup in America
but cheered for the England national team. Just got back yesterday, still feeling jet lagged.
Was the World Cup trip romantic?
"There was some sweetness, depending on the day (smiles). This time I went for a long time, 15-16 days. I stayed at the same hotel as the English national football players. I tried to find them since they like going to the sauna and gym at night, but security guards blocked me from entering."
Did Nikki spend a lot on this trip?
"Yes, the tickets in America were very expensive. They increased ticket prices; at first, they weren't this high, but as the matches approached, prices went up significantly."
Did you spend a lot?
"Including accommodation, food, and flights, it was quite expensive. Coincidentally, the hotel where we stayed was also where the England national football players stayed. I was willing to pay because I love football, and it only happens every four years. Did it cost millions? Probably around that amount."
You weren't alone?
"Right, I took a woman with me. I treated her well, took care of her, and showed off a bit."
So Nikki splurged?
"Showed off, yes. Took her to watch the World Cup."
Spent millions to take a woman to watch the World Cup?
"Showed off, yes. Some days I was generous; other days not so much, especially when the team lost (laughs)."
Was this trip to strengthen your relationship?
"She’s lovely, showing sides I hadn't seen before in Thailand. We rode bikes in the gym with a screen that lets you choose where in the world to cycle, like a game. She looked at the screen and smiled happily. It was the first time she used such a bike, and seeing her happy with something simple was adorable."
Have you changed your relationship status yet?
"Basically, it's the same; we are talking, just the two of us. That’s it."
You spent millions but still no official status?
"I didn't spend millions just on her; I also used my own money. I gave her little. She's very frugal, doesn’t buy much. For example, if coffee melts, I’d throw it away, but she wouldn’t; she finds ice to add and drinks it later. I find that cute; she helps save money."
She said to ask Nikki about the status?
"I'm not very romantic. Only the two of us know. Nowadays, there's no formal 'asking to be' anything. We just talk and travel together. Don’t make me say more; I get shy."
Can she be called your close woman?
"Yes, I’m only talking to her."
You don't want her to be called your girlfriend?
"We travel together, but I get shy. I’ve never said it in front of her."
Is she waiting to hear from you?
"I will talk to her when I go back. Since we returned from the World Cup, we’ve gone separate ways home."
Do you plan to officially ask her to be your girlfriend?
"Nowadays, people don’t often ask to be girlfriends; they just ask to marry. I'm 36 now. Asking to be a girlfriend feels outdated. We don’t need anniversaries to mark being a couple. I'm 36, and I haven’t asked a woman to be my girlfriend in a long time. That moment is for kids."
What has she changed in your life?
"First, I drink a lot less alcohol now. I used to go out often but much less now. My face looks fresher; my mouth no longer crooked like before. My eyes used to squint unevenly because of too much drinking. Now I drink less, partly because of her. I’m not as wild anymore. If I got drunk and flirted with other women, I’d face backlash. So I restrain myself now. I prefer staying home, drink less, exercise more, and spend less money because she is very frugal."
What about others you used to talk to?
"No one now. My DMs are very quiet."
So your status is known only to the two of you?
"Yes. After it became news, my DMs went quiet; no one messaged me (laughs). That’s good."
