The news of the passing of Ann Waitthaya shocked many music fans. "Ann Waitthaya" a southern singer and lead actor in popular music videos, known for songs like "Ror Dai Mai," "Kood Prao Ror," "Sorn Rod Pee Story Mai Koi Long," "Kid Tung Ee Tai," and "Sot Mai Sao," died in a motorcycle accident after falling into a large drainage pit by the roadside opposite Ban Tha Thon Monastery, Tha Chang Subdistrict, Bang Klam District, Songkhla Province. The site had no warning signs and insufficient lighting, which caused the accident.
As for Ann Waitthaya, she was an independent artist, MV actress, and singer with about 7,400 followers on Facebook. Her last post, three days before her death, was a tribute to "Hlun Solo," a famous YouTuber who passed away in Georgia. She wrote:
"My condolences to your family. I'm truly shocked. I really enjoyed watching your clips. Also, you were a grateful child and very talented. Rest in peace."
