After a page posted a rumor accusing the female singer Mai Charoenpura of bringing her mother to live at Ban Suk Sut Tai, a home established by the volunteer actor Bin Bunluerit to care for elderly and destitute people who have been abandoned, which caused misunderstanding about the singer.
Before Mai's personal manager posted a clarification on the Mai Charoenpura Facebook fan page stating it was untrue, demanding the page delete the post and those who shared it, warning of legal action to fully protect the artist's rights and reputation.
Recently, Bin Bunluerit also went live to clarify the issue, saying, “Hello everyone, I’d like to go live because there has been some distress and misunderstandings about Ban Suk Sut Tai. This has become a big issue. Actually, I don’t know which page or news outlet posted that Mai brought her mother to Ban Suk Sut Tai. That is not true at all! They are totally different matters.”
“Mai once brought her mother to make merit at Ban Suk Sut Tai. Coincidentally, there is an elderly lady named Aunt Usa living there, who knows Mai’s mother.
