Jakkajan Akamsiri Fires Back at Nara Over Using Her Photo for Crying Sale Promotion, Questions Sincerity of Apology

After the leading actress Jakkajan Akamsiri Suwansuk livestreamed crying and expressing her feelings after joining the popular show Take Hormones Thailand, saying she had to see a psychiatrist due to accumulated work stress. She said she couldn't distinguish between acting and reality, realizing the emotional outbursts were inappropriate for her. However, she returned to work because she loved and wanted to collaborate with P'Madiao.

Jakkajan then shared her discouragement about the work system, which she viewed as lacking fairness regarding team sizes, sudden rule changes, and backstage obstacles that made her feel targeted. This deeply affected her mentally. She affirmed she did her best and hoped the team would show more empathy and respect for collaborators.

Following Jakkajan's emotional livestream, Nara Crepe Katoey, owner of Take Hormones Thailand, also livestreamed to address the drama and apologized. She said they needed to make the show more popular and that if they played the same role without intensity, people wouldn't talk this much. She insisted there was no intention to bully Jakkajan but added that if she were treated like a favorite as in previous seasons, the show wouldn't be as fun. The matter seemed to conclude amicably.

However, after Nara's livestream, the Facebook fan page of Take Hormones Thailand used a crying photo of Jakkajan from her livestream to promote a product review sales promotion, labeling it "Jakkajan Crying Promotion."

This enraged Jakkajan, who commented under the post: “Is this acceptable? You just apologized in a fresh livestream, then use this to sell a promotion? Is it funny that I cried? Was that apology insincere?” The page later removed the promotional post.

Additionally, a chat message from Jakkajan in an open chat clarified to fans about the page using her crying photo to sell product review promotions: “I'm just confused if this is allowed. You just apologized to me moments ago, then post this promotion. Is it really funny that I cried? Was that apology not genuine? Please tell everyone I am not involved and didn't conspire with them.”

She added, “Honestly, I sensed something during the joint livestream when they made it comedic. Maybe they saw my livestream as a joke and didn’t really intend to blame me.”
