The renowned action star's appearance is noticeably fresher and more vibrant. Ja Phanom also known as Thatchakorn Yiram had previouslybeen diagnosed with stage 3 cholangiocarcinoma and gallbladder cancer. He underwent surgery and chemotherapy, after which his condition improved and he has regained strength, ready to return to work.
Recently, we met Ja Phanomat the 2026 WEIBO GALA – Weibo Cultural Communication Night (Thailand) held at Paragon Hall, 5th floor, Siam Paragon Shopping Center. He updated on his health, saying he has completely beaten cancer and is currently in the rehabilitation phase.
Can you give us a health update? How are you doing now?
“My health has improved a lot. Everything is normal now. However, I still need to follow up with my doctors. You could say I’m fully ready to work again. Some people might notice I look thinner; I’m currently supplementing with protein and exercising regularly. As for the cancer, it’s completely gone. There’s no reason to keep it around. My spirits are very high.”
