After the sharp-eyed leading actress Pinky Sawika Chaidet as well as her mother, Aoi Sarinya Chaidet Pinky’s mother, and Mr. Kittichat Jiruruth Sodre also known as Mr. Sarayut Chaidet Pinky’s brother, had long fought the Forex-3D Ponzi scheme fraud case before Pinky was eventually released.
Most recently, on the afternoon of 13 Aug 2026, at courtroom 806 of the Ratchada Criminal Court, the verdict for the Forex-3D Ponzi scheme fraud case, case number A 853/2564, was read. The court acquitted defendant number 6, Mr. Kittichat Jiruruth Sodre, also known as Sarayut Chaidet; acquitted defendant number 7, Ms. Sawika Chaidet (Pinky); and acquitted defendant number 8, Mrs. Sarinya Chaidet.
Meanwhile, the court sentenced defendant number 21, Kugi Phakamon Silun, former wife of Mr. Apirak Kodthi and girlfriend of famous actor Prapatpol Suwanbang, to 20 years in prison. Also, defendant number 1, Mr. Apirak Kodthi, former CEO of Forex-3D, was sentenced to 20 years in prison as well.
