After Pinky Savika Chaidet along with her mother, Sarinya Chaidet Pinky’s mother, and Mr. Kittiches Jiruruth Sodre, also known as Mr. Sarayut Chaidet Pinky’s older brother, fought the Forex-3D pyramid scheme fraud case for many years before Pinky was later released.
Recently, in courtroom 806 at the Ratchada Criminal Court, the verdict for the Forex-3D pyramid scheme fraud case, black case number อ 853/2564, was read. The court acquitted defendant number 6, Mr. Kittiches Jiruruth Sodre or Sarayut Chaidet; acquitted defendant number 7, Ms. Savika Chaidet (Pinky); and acquitted defendant number 8, Mrs. Sarinya Chaidet.
Pinky briefly told reporters she felt happy that the court acquitted her, her mother, and her brother. She said she would follow the court’s ruling and go to pick up her mother and brother from prison, smiling brightly.
