Previously "Boat Kasem Kolpraneet" a singer, actor, and model, was charged alongside “Pinky Savika” in the Forex-3D Ponzi scheme case defrauding 9,824 people with total damages of 2.489 billion baht.
Most recently (13 Aug 2026) at Ratchada Criminal Court, a verdict was delivered in the Forex-3D Ponzi scheme fraud case, sentencing Apirak Kodthi (the top executive) and four others to 20 years each (though actual combined sentences could total over 100,000 years based on multiple counts, the law caps imprisonment at 20 years). They were also ordered to jointly repay victims over 4.911 billion baht.
The court acquitted the other defendants due to reasonable doubts in the prosecution's evidence or lack of involvement in management and the main money flow. Those acquitted include Pinky Savika, her mother, her brother, and "Boat Kasem Kolpraneet."
