At the AFair event, the beautiful actress Charlotte Austin spoke openly for the first time about her contract situation with her agency. Charlotte Austin. After much speculation about whether she would renew or stop, she admitted she still has 8-9 months left on her contract but confirmed she will not renew it. She plans to take care of herself and described the decision as very difficult. She is happy to continue working with the agency and with Ingfah.
Recently, she sent birthday wishes to the boss via Instagram and Line, receiving a 'thank you' in response. Charlotte said, “I was glad to have that conversation and reaction. I want the boss to know I love and respect him always.” She hasn’t seen the boss since Ingfah’s concert as she hasn’t been to the office or agency events, so she hasn’t had a chance to meet him. Regarding her contract, she hasn’t discussed renewal yet, with about 8-9 months remaining. When asked if she’s ready to manage herself, she said it requires readiness as she has learned many lessons and gained experience. She must now figure out how to handle it, as taking full care of herself will be challenging and have obstacles. She asked for everyone’s support.
Charlotte has already talked with the agency’s assistant about working together on fan meetings to give fans more opportunities to see them and feel their love. She has spoken with the boss about three times, and he supports her decision. She admitted it’s very hard to think about what the future holds and consulted her father as well. She stressed the agency has been like a second home and this is a part of her growth. She hasn’t abandoned the agency and can always return to work, meet, and talk. She loves the boss as a respected elder and even if she’s no longer with them, she hopes to continue celebrating occasions like birthdays and New Year's with him, showing she remains like a family member.
Regarding Ingfah, since they are no longer under the same agency, there might be contract issues that don’t align perfectly. Still, Charlotte is happy to continue working with Ingfah because their 'Inglot' bond has lasted five years like siblings. She wants to keep going with joint events and appearances as fans still want to see them together.
Charlotte admitted feeling heartbroken and quite worried since she is on her own now, wondering how things will turn out and if she will be able to manage. She believes the day had to come sooner or later. Not renewing isn’t the end of the 'Ingfah-Charlotte' legacy; she hopes it will continue even if they don’t meet at events, as they would still hang out privately to eat and meet behind the scenes.
