“Sarayut Chaiyadej”, elder brother of Pinky Savika Chaiyadej, opened up after the court dismissed the Forex-3D case and he was released from prison at 23:10 on the night of 13 Aug 2026 GMT+7. He gave a brief interview to the media, saying,
“To be honest, I have never defrauded anyone; I was only an investor. I will continue following the court’s process. I plan to spend more time with my family. This is the first time in my life I’ve faced such a situation—I see it as a life experience. I believe all investments carry risks. I thank the court and the judges for delivering justice for me and others. As for filing a countersuit, that’s for the future. Whether this will be a haunting memory or not, it’s more of an experience, a lesson rather than a stigma. At first, I wondered if I would survive this, but I trusted myself because my family has never cheated anyone.”
