A famous actress has come forward to update on her health after battling panic disorder for several years.  Charlotte Austin Recently, she opened up that she has stopped medication for over a year, choosing to use Buddhist teachings as part of her fight against panic symptoms. She said she feels much better now and shared moments when she gave advice. Peggy Srithanya was present Charlotte at the opening of the market "A fair อร่อยเกรดเอ by A Supachai," which featured a full lineup of top restaurants and delicious menus from across Thailand. The event took place at the activity area on the first floor of Central Ladprao Shopping Center from 13 to 19 August. Charlotte revealed that

she acted as a panic disorder advisor to Peggy. They had the chance to meet on a TV show where Peggy sat next to Charlotte. Before the show, they talked about how Charlotte manages her panic and anxiety. Charlotte shared her treatment methods with doctors. Recently, she realized she didn’t want to rely on medication forever, so she looked for other ways, such as going to temples, chanting, and spending time with herself. She told Peggy that she was beginning to stop taking medicine and asked if the process would be slow since Peggy needed energy for work. Charlotte reassured her it wouldn’t be slow, saying it was normal. Peggy then said she preferred not to take medicine. Charlotte recommended other treatment methods since many options exist, and doctors are available.

Many people, including fans, colleagues, and friends, have asked Charlotte how to stop relying on medication because many know about her past condition. Though she isn’t sure if the disorder will disappear completely, she can now control herself and no longer feels stressed or anxious all the time. She no longer lives in constant suspicion or panic triggered by rapid heartbeats, which had affected her before. She admitted it’s challenging but is taking gradual steps. Her secret is listening to Buddhist teachings and frequently visiting quiet temples, avoiding overly stimulating places or crowded malls. She chooses calm places to relax without distraction or paranoia. Over time, she changed her mindset, believing things will improve. Ultimately, she reminded herself that we have only one life. She’s been off medication for over a year now and feels more focused, mindful, and calm. She can meet people normally and feels brighter than before.
