Competed in HYROX for the first time in his life, the young leading actor Mike Pattaradech posted a video warning fellow fitness enthusiasts after pushing himself too hard and suffering severe cramps.
Mike said he regularly exercises, including gym workouts and weekly basketball. But at the competition, the thrilling atmosphere—with music, the crowd, and every station—pushed him to keep up with others, exceeding his own limits.
After finishing, he experienced massive cramps in both calves, from thighs down to feet, causing intense pain. He thought he couldn't continue. Looking around, many others had cramps, leg, or knee pain, and some even lost consciousness and were rushed to the hospital.
Mike advised to stick to your own training plan, gradually increasing intensity while observing your body, and not to follow others blindly. Everyone trains differently. Exercise is for good health, so take care of yourself.
Many followers expressed concern for Mike, and some who also competed in HYROX shared that they too had severe cramps, recommending a gradual approach as per training.
