After Ta Fedfe appeared on the "Hon Krasae" show to openly share the origins of the saga that has unfolded into a year-long drama, during which Yat Chaisoro phoned in to share his perspective, stating that
- When asked about Yat seeming to control actions continuously and how he would clarify this, Yat said, "Controlling all the time (laughs). What exactly am I controlling, brother? (laughs)" P'Noom replied, "Like bullying, slapping, shaving your head. But he loves Yat, so he agreed to be the company's clown, both in content and real life." Yat laughed and said, "Oh wow... (laughs) If I talk about that, oh man (laughs). If you want to focus on that, I’m probably used to it by now. Can I talk about other things I’ve been through? (laughs)"
- Asked about the shareholder issue, where Ta claims he never consented to withdrawing his shares and never received the 300,000 baht compensation, which doesn’t match the share value. Yat said, "This is now in the court’s legal process. Everything is underway. We’ll wait for the court’s decision. Then we’ll talk. If I say one thing and he another, it all ends up in court. Let the truth and facts be seen, and law will decide. I don’t even know how to explain it."
- Regarding the shareholders' meeting that Ta didn’t attend because he was live-selling on the same day, Ta insists he definitely didn’t attend and that the meeting document might be false. Yat said this was agreed and discussed long ago, and everything was settled a long time ago.
- Asked if the talks were to get Ta out as a shareholder, Yat said, "He was the one who wanted to leave, brother." P'Noom asked if that meant he would give all his shares to Yat, and Yat replied, "Yes, because he wanted to take Fedfe alone."
- Asked if assets were divided, Yat said, "He was going to leave and take everything. He doesn’t want anything else, just Fedfe, because Fedfe is the company that was established but not yet closed. We talked with everyone about whether Ta wanted to take it since he started it. The root of the problem began with Fedfe, feelings got complicated among friends, starting from Fedfe and extending to Chaisoro. We agreed that Fedfe’s side money was shared equally among everyone, and this was always the practice, but the shares were in Ta’s name because we trusted him. One day, the accountant told us money was missing from Fedfe due to tax clearance issues. We checked how money could disappear; the accountant said the only person who could withdraw money was Ta. We found out Ta took money out for five consecutive months, not just for tax clearance. I was just waiting to see if he’d tell me, but he never did."
- P'Noom said Yat holds more shares than Ta in Chaisoro, with Ta at 49% and Yat and his wife combined at 51%. Yat said he wasn’t sure and hadn’t thought about benefits when holding shares.
- P'Noom said the key issue is that Yat removed Ta’s name without permission since the signature wasn’t his. Yat said the documents are in the legal process and he has evidence, with many facts supporting his case. He requested space for himself and friends to appear on the show to protect their rights.
- Lawyer Toi, the mediator, suggested negotiating a share split—Ta’s 49% and Yat’s 51%—and then parting ways to do business separately. Yat replied, "There are many more details. There have been many actions and complex events."
- Ta’s lawyer, Kaimook, asked Yat, "Do you share money with your friends?" Yat answered, "Wow, that question sounds pitiful, and I look bad."
- Yat said he sued Ta for 20 million baht under the Computer Crime Act because the Chaisoro page was deleted, and a copyright case because the company produced and created clips to analyze and make videos. Ta took the demo clip that included himself and was produced by Chaisoro while he was still a shareholder.
- When asked if Ta wanted to say anything to Yat, Ta said, "I miss you, friend. I don’t feel good about what happened. I just want what I worked hard for to help treat my father, fix his house, and start over. I just made a new channel, so why are you suing me?" (He bowed his head crying.) Yat immediately interjected, "Look how bad I look again."
- Ta tearfully said, "I never felt glad when a friend was hated. I always love you. I think of the good times together. I don’t feel good that you’re being attacked. I still watch your clips and laugh. I’m still your fan. I really don’t want you to be hated. We’ve been together so long, we’re like one. I just want to get settled. I want to keep making clips on my new channel. If I could go back, I wouldn’t fight with you (crying hard). We’d just be friends. Even if I win now or whatever, this wound stays with me forever. I’ll be sad forever. If you’re hurt, I’m sorry. It’s been tough, friend. Why are you suing me? I have to work every day. I’m exhausted trying to pay for my dad’s treatment and help mom pay the house. I’ve done YouTube for 15 years and still struggle, even though I should be comfortable by now. And you sued me over a demo clip, but I made 2,000–3,000 clips for you. It hurts a lot."
- Yat interjected, "Why do I look so bad and you look so good?" He asked to use the show’s platform to present evidence and clarify the case next Monday. When asked if he wanted to say anything to Ta, Yat said, "I’ll say it then."
