It was a heartwarming moment that Thai fans had been eagerly awaiting when Nene Royal entered the competition on the show " America’s Got Talent" on NBC during the Quarter Final round (the semifinals) in the competition's second week.
This time, Nene Royal chose to perform "Black Hole Sun" by Soundgarden, singing and playing guitar live for both the audience in the hall and viewers worldwide. She did exceptionally well, receiving overwhelming cheers from the live audience, who almost all gave her a standing ovation. On social media, she was widely praised for her talent.
After the performance, judge Sofia complimented Nene’s skills, while Mel B, former Spice Girls member and fellow judge, also expressed great admiration before pressing the Golden Buzzer for Nene. This instantly secured Nene’s spot in the finals without needing public votes from America. She will compete in the final round on the morning of Wednesday, 23 September 2026, Thailand time.
