Following the heated drama between Ta Fedfe and Yat Chaisoro, two longtime friends and collaborators of over 20 years, a conflict arose that ultimately led to a court case. Yat has filed two lawsuits against Ta: one for copyright infringement and another under the Computer Crime Act, seeking damages exceeding 20 million baht.
Due to the issue, Ta became tearful, heavily stressed, and ill before opening up on Channel 3's “Hon Krasae” program about the controversy and problems including salary cuts, company share disputes, removal from the board, and insisted he had no intent as alleged in the lawsuit.
Additionally, host Num Kanchai invited Yat Chaisoro to phone in and clarify the matter. Yat stated that Ta's remarks made him look bad, affirming that the share transfers and lawsuits resulted from Ta breaching their agreement first. He claimed to have key evidence ready for court and announced he would appear on “Hon Krasae” to explain and present his evidence on Monday, 31 August.
Most recently, Arm, Yat Chaisoro’s lawyer, posted a photo with Yat and his wife on Facebook page Attorney Arm Wongsakorn with the message: “#LawyerArm Monday, the truth will be known; there is only one truth.
