Reflecting on Green Atsadaporn After Introducing Putter, Her Half-Brother She Hadnt Met for 30 Years

Reflecting back "Green Atsadaporn Siriwatthanakun" once introduced her half-brother on the talk show "Kuy Zaap Show" in 2024. This half-brother is named "Putter" He is a half-brother she had never met in over 30 years. Green had said in the show,

"For over 30 years, I never knew I had a brother. I only found out when my mother told me before my father passed away. We didn’t know when he would die, but my mother said there was another brother named Putter. At that time, it was just a vague feeling. We didn't keep in touch; my mother contacted him. He's a half-brother from a different mother."

At that time, learning about him as an adult, Green didn’t feel hurt but was glad to have another brother. They first met at their father’s funeral. She hugged him immediately because she felt he hadn’t been well cared for. That first hug helped their sibling bond grow quickly and clearly.

Green felt he hadn’t received good care because their father wasn’t often home and Putter lived in a different province. When he returned, he tried to take her out to eat and travel, but only for short periods. Green’s family is large, and Putter’s is a smaller branch, so she thought he likely hadn’t been well cared for. She tried to give him warmth as much as she could, reminding that he isn’t alone—there are siblings here too.

Putter revealed, "I run a coffee and restaurant business in Chiang Mai near Nimman. When my sister hugged me for the first time, I got goosebumps. It was a little shocking and strange, but we greeted each other normally. I didn’t know clearly that I had a sister; I only saw a similar surname."

Green also said, "I only found out about Putter when Dad passed away. I learned about two other younger brothers in the south from Dad himself through LINE. At that time, I was 18, already in the entertainment industry promoting 'Aquarium.' I saw two young boys running around but didn’t know they were brothers because they called Dad 'uncle,' not 'father.' I didn’t know anything."

Two years before Dad passed, Green talked about family with him. He sent a long message saying he couldn’t go back to how things were before. Green was confused and asked for an explanation. He explained extensively that he had another family, two younger brothers named Nice and Nas.

Green has three full siblings: she is the eldest sister with two younger sisters. Including Putter, Nice, and Nas, there are six siblings in total. Green said, "It feels good to have more people helping. I feel positive, not overwhelmed by never knowing them. I just want to take good care of all my siblings, even more so for Dad."

Putter added that as the only son on the northern side before, now having many siblings feels "strange to find out so late, but it’s not abnormal. Maybe because we’re grown up, having many siblings is okay, better than none. Regarding gaps, there were some at first since we didn’t meet as kids but as adults. We chat sometimes on social media and gradually break the ice and understand each other more."

When asked about concerns that people might question why he came forward and for what purpose, Putter said, "Personally, I’m not worried because I came as a brother, not expecting anything from the relationship. I don’t feel like I’m here to get money. I just feel he’s my big sister. It’s just siblings talking, not as others may think. We don’t seek benefits, so everyone can be at ease. I’m just one of the siblings."

Green confirmed that her half-brother is definitely not seeking benefits. "There’s no way he would want financial gain. After Dad passed, I got to know him and wanted to learn more, so I went north to Chiang Mai to find out everything about him—how he grew up, his business, and his partners."

Green saw his coffee shop and thought, "Wow, he does this alone?" He actually works with friends but does better than me. I want to run a business as organized as his. Anyone visiting his coffee shop would see his strong sense of responsibility. He talks business; he doesn’t expect anything from me, only genuine sincerity."

Today, he appeared on the show with Green because he has been living with her in Bangkok for about a month. She wanted him to rest since he’s run his shop for eight years without a break. Now he helps manage Green’s work—simply put, she can be less active. He even drives her around. Usually, she is self-reliant, but having a brother helping out is a family blessing.

Green said honestly, "I speak from my true feelings and see his sincerity toward me. He’s a good person. He told me if I ever have a boyfriend, he must be at least 70% better than him, which I don’t know where to find (laughs). He worries about me in every little way. If I walk on a steep path, he tells me to be careful. He never lets me carry anything because he fears I might get finger lock or something. Recently, when we went to pray in Hong Kong, he carried a heavy 2-kilogram bag alone, not letting anyone else hold it. Living together daily, it’s clear he doesn’t want money or anything, just warmth."

When asked about changes over time and with people, Green said, "I would be sad, but ultimately I give him my sincerity. If he plays games with me, I’ll let him go. I don’t want to take anything back, but if that happens, I hope he chooses a better path and meets better people."
