Ta Fedfe Opens Up After Confronting Yat Chaisoro, Forgives but Seeks Justice for 19 Million Baht

Regarding the case that Ta Fedfe confronted Yat Chaisoro his former close friend, on the show “Hone Krasae” on Channel 3 for the first time after their dramatic fallout led to legal proceedings in which Yat sued Ta for 20 million baht in damages. Yat explained the rift began over Ta’s missing 200,000 baht, which Ta later admitted taking,

and extended to the issue of 10 million baht in the company they co-founded for the Chaisoro YouTube channel. Yat confessed he used company money to buy a house as an office and vehicles, registering them under his name because it was money Yat owed to the company. However, he also gave Ta 1.3 million baht, essentially transferring out as much as he received back to Ta, dividing assets between them.

Ta responded to clarify, especially about receiving only one payment of 1.2 million baht and the other party borrowing back 550,000 baht. He also alleged Yat took 3 million baht from the company to buy two cars, which sparked heavy public criticism. Recently, Ta Fedfe gave an interview after appearing on the show.

Today, after the show ended, do you think this matter can be resolved?

"I think... no. Because I have been with him for 27 years. I know every word, every gesture, every look. I don’t think it will end easily."

How is this friend different from the one you knew about 7 or 8 years ago?

"To be fair, there are many good sides to him. I still miss and regret the moments we had. It’s something I don’t want to lose. If I could turn back time, I wouldn’t want this to happen. I’d want to stay friends with him until old age."

Is there a chance today to work together or reconcile again?

"It would take time. Suppose he says what he’s lost — reputation, spirit, assets — I’ve lost too, but I lost first and fought alone. I struggled alone until later when P'Ae Chatchakaj, lawyer Muk, and many seniors came to help.

I want to thank P'Ae, lawyer Muk, all the seniors, and the fans and public who began to encourage me. Now that I’ve gone through it, if someday I work hard and earn enough to compensate for his losses from this dispute and ask to be friends again, if he agrees, then yes."

After the show, did you talk or make eye contact with him?

"Oh no, not eye contact. Right after the show, P'Noom invited us to mediate. I’m grateful to him for acting as a mediator. Mediation is good, but his demeanor was not good at all."

I heard he cried, is that true?

"Yes, I saw. It was heartbreaking — something I didn’t want to witness. We used to be good to each other, and now… well, we’ve become enemies. I don’t feel happy or satisfied. I want to win by skill and hard work, not over ruins."

Is the change in your friend related to his wife?

"No, it’s unrelated. I want to praise his wife. She stood by him, fought for him, confronted me, and tried to clarify. I really admire Am. But I was once in that position, standing by him and fighting to defend him before."

How do you feel about a 2% shareholder speaking more than a 49% shareholder?

"I want society to understand — I sympathize with women and don’t want people to criticize Am, his wife. She’s a woman who, from my view, is purely protecting her husband. I admire her a lot."

But from what you said, you sounded annoyed?

"Oh, I meant on that day when she brought up a chat as evidence. I told her I didn’t want anything and gave it up because I was annoyed by her pestering me. I wrote it to keep her away because it didn’t matter — she isn’t the judge or owner. I didn’t speak to Yat."

Are you worried people might misinterpret that you’re annoyed with his wife?

"Yes, I am. I apologize for that. I didn’t mean it that way. I already apologized to her once and again after realizing the word ‘annoyed’ felt wrong."

During the show, there was a moment when you spoke and Yat interrupted saying, ‘Listen to me first.’ Did it seem like you lost your composure toward him?

"It’s like... I’ve been pressured by him for years. When I saw his expression and gaze, it triggered wounds from repeated hurt that will never fully heal. In the past 4-5 days, I want to thank the Thai public for their support. (Crying) I fought alone for over 10 months. After I started fighting, I was accused of betraying friends. I didn’t know who to talk to until everyone encouraged me, which made me stronger. When I think of those who support me, I feel I must fight for them."

After hearing what Yat said today, how do you feel?

"I feel... sad. He tries to blame and shift fault onto me."

What do you want or expect from the other side going forward?

"I only seek justice for what I deserve after dedicating my life and profession for 15 years through FEDFE and then Chaisoro. I want what’s fair, even if not the full amount, so I can start fresh and build my own channel."

Can you specify how much you expect?

"19 million baht. This excludes the YouTube channel with over 3 million followers, Facebook fan page, and TikTok, which are traded in groups. This figure is just what I should have earned over 7 years at the company, without adding anything else."

The other side says they’re ready to withdraw lawsuits and complaints if you do the same. Will you?

"Yes, I’m ready to step back, forgive, and end this quickly. I want to start over. I love working."

Many want you to reconcile professionally. Do you think time can restore your relationship?

"There are two parts. First, I fought alone but now seniors and the public have supported me, pulling me out of a dark hole. If the public and seniors don’t approve, I must follow those who helped me."

If it were just you and him alone, would you still want to be friends?

"Yes. To be fair, I appreciate the good parts and moments we shared, which far outnumber the bad. I regret those times. If anything can fix it, I want that."

Are you sad about the breakup today?

"Very sad. If I could turn back time, I wouldn’t want this. I hope this serves as a lesson for everyone: communicate and clear issues. Also, the concept of gaslighting harms relationships deeply. Sometimes it’s unintentional, but it can happen to people you love, or you might be doing it unknowingly. For those affected, I understand how hard it is to break free because of love. I want to urge Thai society to fight against this. Escape it, and life will improve."

"Do you still love this friend after facing him today?"

"I feel both love and resentment."

He said if you had asked earlier, he would have agreed, but after nine months, resentment built. Did you do anything to make him angry? Can you explain?

"I’ll answer but with caution. The root of his resentment began with him—the audio clip about forcing me to sign over shares of FEDFE company to him. That was the starting point."

"Did you release that clip?"

"No, I didn’t."

Why did he say he had to force you to sign it over?

"He said he wanted to take over FEDFE company to continue with friends."

How did you respond?

"I was shocked. I said I’d read it first then send back the signed document, but he got angry and demanded I sign immediately. At that time, I was working at Lottery Plus company. He intercepted me there with his wife and staff, pressuring me to sign over FEDFE. I refused, and they got mad, insulted me and my family, and threatened to go to my workplace to cause me to be fired. At that time, my mental health wasn’t stable, and I was very scared."

"When he said ‘do it with friends,’ did you ask if you were included among those friends?"

"No."

Did you ask him that directly?

"No, he mentioned other people’s names, but not mine."

Was there any contract or financial agreement that led him to ask you to sign over?

"No. When at the old company, he treated me like the backbone, with me doing the work. When I left, he had no one, so he turned to old FEDFE friends to replace me and work for him, aiming to take over FEDFE."

In simple terms, he pushed you out?

"Not exactly pushed. I ran away because I couldn’t stand it. He thought if I wasn’t there, the FEDFE group remained, so he wanted them to work for him instead."

Besides the audio clip, he claims you logged in, removed all admins, and deleted accounts. Is that true?

"There are two parts: removing admins and deleting accounts. Deleting the page is impossible because it’s mine. We hadn’t settled media ownership yet, so it was still mine. As for removing admins, I’m the page owner. When suspicious hacking occurred and I didn’t trust my staff, I removed them first. He blames me for that."

Lawyer Arm said the 100,000 baht monthly income over 7 years should total tens of millions. Where did that money go?

"I never took it out or used it."

So the money stayed in the company?

"It was saved. Only once did we share profits—1.2 million baht around year two. We split about 1.2 million each, but he borrowed 550,000 baht from me and hasn’t paid back. That was the only time I received profit money. For the next 5 years, no money was withdrawn."

So claims that you spent all the money gambling are untrue?

"Definitely untrue."

Regarding your 19 million baht claim, what demands does the other side have against you?

Ta: "He claims damages, mainly social reputation."

Lawyer Kaimuk: "He claims damages for reputation, family, and staff losses. This case divides people into Ta’s side, Yat’s side, and friends. Both Yat and his wife cried at the end. We don’t know what will happen next, but after talking with P'Noom, he requested to avoid harsh words. The other side is still considering and discussions about numbers will continue."

Is the 19 million baht figure real or estimated?

Lawyer Kaimuk: "The assets exist and are worth more. Ta hasn’t yet valued YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, which have over 3 million, 500,000, and 25,000 followers respectively."

Is the upcoming case at Nonthaburi court?

Lawyer Kaimuk: "Yes, the next case is under the Computer Crime Act at the Intellectual Property Court, Chaeng Wattana. The final witness hearing is on 22 February before judgment. It concerns copyright over the demo Ta has been fighting for."

Will the verdict be known that day?

Lawyer Kaimuk: "That day is just the witness hearing. Lawyer Arm mentioned there may be mediation or updates from today’s discussions."

Many came to support you today and gave you flowers?

"Thank you very much for the flowers."

Do you want to thank the supporters? Do you feel renewed?

"I already cried once. I want to sincerely thank everyone who sent support. It means a lot to me. I was afraid to face this like debating him because I was scared of him. Just hearing a vehicle’s engine made me tremble, fearing what insults or attacks might come. I was scared all the time since he had my number."

I was so anxious before, hardly daring to meet him. But in the past 5 days, with support from the public, influencers, celebrities, and singers, I feel stronger. When I met him, I didn’t tremble and could communicate clearly. I dedicate my story as a lesson and strive to be a good role model for youth and society, representing those with depression. To those struggling now, stay strong."

Please don’t belittle people who say they’re depressed. Many don’t admit it for fear of insults. Don’t add to their burden. Society should change, especially in Thailand."

I maintain my view that critics are many but supporters are too few. We should encourage everyone, even strangers online, because encouragement has great value. I’ve experienced it and it helped me stand strong."

I thank all Thai people. At least encouragement shows that Thai people are kind and good-natured. Thailand is a good country. Thank you."
